Today, I still feel it a bit so I take it day by day...but it doesn't stop me. You seem to do everything correctly and by the book and so it sucks to hear that you have been battling the same injury since last October! :( It's only been one week for me and I expected it to already be magically healed. I've found it hard to find good exercises that stretch it, too. Did the Dr say whether to lay off it completely or whether it was okay to keep running even if it hurt a little???Clarahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06268822943699874756noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8788802694544046181.post-6394085032469389662010-04-10T10:58:22.854-04:002010-04-10T10:58:22.854-04:00Clara, this is EXACTLY what I've been battling...Clara, this is EXACTLY what I've been battling since the Oil Creek 100 last October. Exactly. It is a very frustrating injury. I had X-rays, 4 rounds of the Graston Technique to rip out the scar tissue and took a lot of down time. Slippery trails aggravate it, too. Lately, I've been much better (finally) but still feel hints of it when I go over 20 miles. It's a very difficult thing to roll on a roller because of where it is, too. I don't have a lot of advice except for rest. Best of luck to you!Nick Bhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17022389019731592376noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8788802694544046181.post-85924444880642659572010-04-07T16:25:03.386-04:002010-04-07T16:25:03.386-04:00I didn't change anything else on the columns b...I didn't change anything else on the columns but I think the view changes depending on the person's computer. It didn't work on Jon's computer but did on mine. Weird.

Ya, as long as my leg pain is just temporary then I'm fine...hope it doesn't keep reoccuring. Did you do something different?

Also, this happened to me a few months ago. My knee all the sudden started hurting because I stepped up my running (just barely). My solution was to just run through the pain, but it really hurt. After a while it just went away. I'm still not sure if it's from running, or me hitting or straining it doing something else. Hope you feel better soon.Brianhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14979532075588820597noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8788802694544046181.post-43164314236154223292010-04-07T08:17:45.517-04:002010-04-07T08:17:45.517-04:00Thanks Brian & Paige.

The pain first started in my groin and then 1 mile later it moved down my inner thigh. Yuck! Why does it still hurt? :( And I don't want to ice it because I'm too lazy to do so...but maybe I'll suck it up and do it 1-2x.Clarahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06268822943699874756noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8788802694544046181.post-65171736422177250772010-04-06T16:18:00.753-04:002010-04-06T16:18:00.753-04:00Oops, didn't mean to hit the "anonymous&q...Oops, didn't mean to hit the "anonymous" button!

Sounds like an adductor pull.
