- Only 36 miles from last week, and that week even counted nine days instead of seven. :(
- I only did one ab workout, not two. I'm gonna change that! I wanted to change the font to blue so bad.
- Still no sprint workout yet.
- No morning run today.
- I have to run eight miles this afternoon- will most likely take place on the treadmill
