6 Hot Miles

Woohoo! I actually ran what I had planned to run today- 6 miles. It was freakin hot and humid out... I was soaked. The ice bandana came in handy.

I went over to the n-laws afterwards and they fed us some Greek food that normally would have tasted awesome, but this time (like last time), I wasn't able to eat much of it. Greek just does not go well after a workout.

Hola Sra.,
Yo he caminado casi cien millas este mez!

Hey Clara, glad things are going well and GOOD notes the post below- LOL

Ice Bandanas rock and will help you a lot on race day, start them around 9- 10 am till late afternoon... keep you refreshed and cool most of the day ...

ummm I did close to 45 miles this week...ya I agree I will slow it up that is enough- HAHA

Have a good weekend, Bob

Shoot, you better update that mileage with an additional 10 MI.* for 5/30/09, unless you ran another ten in the evening.

*stands for miles...not minutes
