Sun- 8x.25mi sprints, 4mi, 10min abs/arms
Well...as you can see, I loved tapering so much that I decided to take the whole week off. I had a great 4 mile run that one day! Awesome! I didn't feel like running and so I didn't. Ohhh well, can't win 'em all.
I think my mindset definitely changed after I decided not to do the bet. It's great not having that pressure to run fast at Boston. Sooo....6 days until the big race and now I'm just hoping the weather's good and we don't have rain!

Well...I hope it doesn't backfire on me and screw me for the 100 miler in June. After Boston I'll definitely have to whip into shape for it. At least I'll have 30 hours to finish it. Ha!

Que bien que has dejado el apuesto que te estaba dando alta presion de la salud mental.
Perrrrrro... Ahora hay un nuevo desafio para ocupar tus suenos, acabo de oir en los emails que van a dar una carrera en los fines de septiembre en Pinckney de 100 millas, la ruta no esta decidida todavia pero puedes encontrar algunos detalles en running fit.com, (le llaman carreras de woodstock).
La mejor suerte en Boston, estare esperando oir tus impresiones.
